Designing a home is a very intimate design challenge. Having to put ourselves into the shoes of the users, their needs and dreams – and shape spaces in a way that allow those life choices to manifest. In Raindance, what we as architects have attempted to create is a living environment that is light, airy, engaging and giving a strong sense of place. Countryside’s ambition to create a community that is close knit, with abundant access for Natural elements into every space drove the design from the day pen met paper.

Each unit plan has been closely scrutinised to achieve high space efficiency while still respecting Vaastu principles. Even the window sills were converted into seating nooks using a bay window typology. This feature typically found in high-end apartments extends the useable interior for users. Many such small meaningful gestures have gone into places like terracotta balcony, entrance foyer, corridor landscape. We are glad that Countryside have been meticulously involved in designing the project with us to ensure every home is a pleasure to live in.
